We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region.

About the Role:

At Trella, we are obsessed about quality, and delivering a top-class experience that establishes trust with our Shippers and Carriers is core to how we operate as a company and how we design our product. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a stellar team, and learn Trella’s operations from the ground up!

What Youll Do:

• Be present for our carriers through their on-boarding process and to make sure that they are familiar with our flow of work and our primary communication channels
• Build a strong relationship with our shipper’s facilities.
• Build a strong relationship with our carriers.
• Data entry on to Trella platform
• Handle all ground operations such as:
• OTP: Making sure that carriers are always arriving on time.
• Coordination of loads.
• Follow up with carriers and collect PODs. (Proof of delivery)
• Deliver invoices to our shippers
• Make sure that carriers are meeting the standard requirements and qualifications.
  
  

• Owning a car and a valid driving licence
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience working as operations representative or in similar positions.
• Passion for the service needs of our customers and transportation partners.
• Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of people.
• Flexibility in working hours.
