Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics and animations for digital and print media platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative and engaging design concepts.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics for video projects and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects across various media.
• Prepare design drafts and present creative ideas for client and team feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
• Work with clients to ensure designs meet their business goals and requirements.
• Direct and edit video footage to create tailored content for client needs.
• Oversee the entire design process from conception to delivery of final product.
• Maintain a digital asset library and ensure the security of design files.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh and original ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphics & Motion Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation and video editing principles and techniques.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic and motion design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
