About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team at HMM International DMCC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various aspects of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery, optimal inventory levels, and effective communication between internal teams and external partners. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or similar are advantageous. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related role, preferably within a multinational environment. Strong proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure, are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all stages of the logistics process.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, shipment, and delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions using relevant software systems.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation, customs clearance procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly to minimize delays and costs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating purchase orders and tracking their progress.
• Participate in regular meetings to review performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations related to logistics and transportation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
