Key Responsibilities

● Design presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing documents

● Develop visual identities and creative assets for activations, events, and brand experiences

● Create social media assets, moodboards, mockups, and internal communication materials

● Translate concepts into polished visual executions across print and digital formats

● Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, image selection, and brand application

● Support the development of event collateral, signage, invitations, and branded materials

● Work closely with the wider team to adapt and refine assets based on project needs

● Prepare files for production and coordinate with external suppliers where needed

● Contribute to creative research and visual references for new business and ongoing projects

Software Requirements

● Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop

● PowerPoint or Keynote

● Google Slides

● Adobe After Effects is a plus

● Figma is a plus

Profile

● 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design within an agency, studio, or brand environment

● Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial, brand, presentation, and campaign design

● Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

● Ability to work across both conceptual and executional design needs

● Experience in luxury, culture, hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is a plus

● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work across multiple projects at pace

● GCC experience is a plus
