As a Graphics Designer, you will bring your creative talent and design skills to produce visually compelling and engaging graphics across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, editorial, and product teams to translate complex concepts and ideas into visually striking imagery. This role requires an individual who is driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand's aesthetic, collaborating with various teams, and utilizing the latest design software to create high-quality graphics. Your work will help shape the visual identity of our brand, and you will play a key role in advancing our creative strategy. The ideal candidate is proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses the ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

  • Create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and vision.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Develop graphic templates to be used for social media platforms.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts and working through to final revisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to keep designs fresh and relevant.
  • Liaise with external printers to ensure accurate and high-quality prints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Work with a diverse team of creatives, developers, and strategists.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Utilize the latest design software to improve work efficiency and output.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Prepare graphics and layout in compliance with design guidelines and deadlines.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past design work and creative skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience working with both digital and print media is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation software is advantageous.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of design trends.
