Job Title: Production Designer: I

Description: Fully remote contract role (USA)

Contract: 6+ Months

Role Overview

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Designer to support high-volume creative work across marketing, communications, and internal teams. This is a professional entry-level role focused on execution—translating brand standards into polished, accurate, and production-ready assets.
• This role is ideal for a recent design graduate who wants to build real-world experience, can deliver speed and precision, and gain exposure to a wide range of corporate design needs.
  
  

• Update and maintain design assets across formats (PDFs, presentations, digital ads, print materials, and templates)
• Apply brand standards consistently across pre-designed layouts and systems
• Swap logos, images, colors, and copy with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Create and edit forms, documents, and simple layouts for internal and external use
• Work across Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) to produce polished deliverables
• Use tools like Adobe Express to quickly generate on-brand assets at scale
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution (formatting, exporting, packaging)
• Manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Perform quality checks to ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to execute projects efficiently
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Comfortable working in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word with a design mindset
• Experience using templates and applying brand guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear communication and openness to feedback
