This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various departments within Cigna Healthcare in Dubai, while simultaneously advancing your education through the Ethraa Training program.

Program Highlights

• Rotation Across Departments: Selected candidates will rotate through multiple departments, including but not limited to: Sales & Client Management, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Actuarial, HR, Legal & Compliance. This comprehensive exposure is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Ethraa Program Integration: Participants will be enrolled in the Ethraa Training program, allowing them to enhance their academic qualifications alongside their practical experience. This dual approach ensures that graduates are both theoretically and practically equipped for their future careers.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Each participant will be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support, and career advice throughout the duration of the program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: UAE National.
• Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, HR Management, Legal, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
