Job Description

  • Assists in developing design concepts, presentations and technical drawings
  • Support in preparing FF&E schedules, specifications and sample boards
  • Participate in site visits, and coordination with contractors and suppliers
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation
  • Research materials, finishes, furnishings and design trends
  • Ensure all work aligns with project briefs, timelines and budget requirements
  • Prepare FF&E documentation packages
  • Collaborate closely with the wider design team to integrate FF&E selections seamleselly into overall design concepts
  • Provide general support to the design and FF&E teams in day-to-day tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in interior design or architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative suit (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for design innovation, detail orientation and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across different project stages
