Role Purpose

The Civil Graduate Engineer supports the delivery of infrastructure projects by assisting with site engineering activities, technical coordination, and documentation. The role provides structured exposure to construction operations, enabling the graduate to develop practical engineering skills in roads, utilities, drainage, and civil infrastructure works.

• Assist with day-to-day site engineering activities under supervision
• Support setting out works and verification of levels and dimensions
• Assist in preparation and review of shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs
• Monitor site progress and support reporting to senior engineers
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site teams
• Support quality control and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
• Assist with inspections, testing, and handover documentation
• Maintain accurate site records, drawings, and technical documents
• Comply with HSE requirements and site safety procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Graduate membership with a recognised engineering body is an advantage

• 0–2 years’ experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Exposure to infrastructure works (roads, utilities, drainage) is an advantage
• UAE site experience is desirable but not essential
