Golf Instructor

The Golf Instructor will be responsible for coaching individuals or groups to improve their golf techniques, performance, and understanding of the sport. This role includes designing lesson plans, analyzing player swings, and offering personalized instruction based on skill level. Ideal candidates should be patient, enthusiastic, and well-versed in modern golf training tools and teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group golf lessons for beginners to advanced players.

• Assess students’ abilities and customize training programs accordingly.

• Demonstrate proper grip, stance, swing techniques, and game etiquette.

• Provide video swing analysis and performance feedback.

• Organize and lead golf clinics, workshops, and junior camps.

• Offer guidance on golf equipment and club fitting.

• Promote safety and rules of play on the course.

• Track student progress and maintain training records.

• Assist in planning tournaments and promotional events.

• Stay updated with industry trends and PGA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Professional certification (PGA or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching golf.

• Strong knowledge of golf techniques, equipment, and course management.

• Ability to work with clients of all age groups and skill levels.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with swing analysis software and tools.

• High degree of patience and motivation skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
