Lead the global sales function for a high-growth retail technology firm, driving recurring revenue from £1M to £5M+. You will take full ownership of the sales strategy, manage high-performing teams across multiple continents, and close enterprise deals with the world’s largest retailers to transform the in-store shopping experience globally.

What you will do:

• Define and execute a global sales playbook to scale recurring revenue from £1M to £5M+ across EMEA, USA, and APAC.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-cultural team of business development experts to exceed annual KPIs and performance targets.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and negotiate complex enterprise contracts for global rollouts.
  
  

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of scaling a B2B tech startup from £1M to at least £5M in recurring revenue specifically within the POS or retail tech sector.
• Extensive experience selling software and hardware solutions to major global retailers with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate fast-moving startup environments and a willingness to travel and be based in Dubai.
