Strategic Responsibility
Lead a specific section or unit, ensuring strategic and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with departmental goals.
Manage and mentor staff within the section.
Monitor section performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Functional Responsibility
Execute regulatory models and frameworks per regional and local standards.
Manage regional regulatory submissions with internal and external stakeholders.
Review and follow up on renewals, variations, and new application filings.
Ensure product compliance with global regulations and GCC legislation.
Design reports on regulatory compliance and registration status changes.
Address submission requirements, ensure transparency, and escalate issues.
Write clear arguments for new product licenses, renewals, and variations.
Approve packaging, coding, and marketing materials before product release.
Maintain relationships with regional health authorities and assist in regulatory negotiations.
Provide training and support for PV activities, ensuring personnel competence.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience & Language
Experience:Minimum 9 years. Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred)
