Arcade is seeking a college student for the fall semester to start right away and join us through December 18, 2026 as a Global Operations Intern. This role will have a front-row seat in building a supply chain and establishing business processes in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You'll work directly with our founding team and see every part of a startup — sourcing, operations, sales, and product — in one role.

What You'll Do

• Manufacturer outreach, identification and research: price out product specs on Alibaba and other sourcing platforms, request samples, and support early product development, competitive research and manufacturer recruiting
• Ground-level supply chain research, RFQs and global artisanal maker and manufacturer onboarding to help us expand manufacturing options for new categories
• Design pricing and margin structures
• Publish content to our site and sales channels
• Join sales calls and support client onboarding for new B2B customers
• Pack and process customer orders and help with quality checks
  
  

Who You Are

• Current undergraduate (or recent grad) available to start immediately
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally on behalf of the company
• Highly organized, responsive, and entrepreneurial - going from strategy to execution in one role and comfortable with unglamorous, get-it-done work
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable emailing manufacturers and clients as well as meeting virtually with overseas manufacturers outside of normal business hours
• Interest in e-commerce, supply chain, AI, or consumer products a plus
