The Global Marketing Manager will drive cohesive, high-impact marketing efforts, positioning CMG’s technologies at the forefront of the energy industry. This role requires expertise in scaling teams, launching major product lines, and creating revenue-boosting strategies, you will be instrumental in building out a world-class marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy, amplifying its combined market presence in subsurface decision-making technologies.
  • Lead digital, product, and brand marketing efforts, focusing on CMG’s simulation tools.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Oversee global product launches, rebranding efforts, and targeted campaigns that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the C-Suite and other executive stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Utilize extensive experience in storytelling and performance coaching to inspire both your team and clients, ensuring alignment on strategic vision and execution.
  • Measure and optimize the ROI of marketing initiatives using HubSpot, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies continuously.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in senior marketing leadership, ideally in the software or technology space.
  • A track record of scaling B2B marketing efforts and managing teams through growth phases.
  • Experience in launching innovative products, building brand authority, and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in product branding, product positioning, and strategic storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing – HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.
