Key Mission

  • Act as a partner to Site Leadership (C-Level/C-1). Understand targets and challenges to provide proactive HR counsel and support the global HRBP for each function.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives and internal restructuring, ensuring communication is clear, morale is maintained, and business continuity is secured.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the UAE talent market, including salary benchmarks (tax-free adjustments, housing allowances) and competitor sourcing channels.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition and Compensation and Benefits CoE teams to adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies for the region.
  • Oversee the end-to-end visa and immigration process
  • Manage the site HR budget and oversee payroll preparation to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance
  • Manage mandatory health insurance and competitive perks that align with local expectations and global standards.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle—from the onboarding experience to compliant and dignified offboarding.
  • Act as the guardian of the company, ensuring strict adherence to DIFC Labor Law and managing employment contracts, working hours, and leave policies.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes with fairness and legal precision.
  • Drive local morale through events, recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives. You are the main driver for the Dubai site, adapting global culture initiatives to fit local nuances.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a high-growth Tech or FinTech environment.
  • Expert knowledge of DIFC Labor Laws and Dubai specific employment matters
  • Experience in a similar global role
  • Scaling Mindset: You prioritize speed and agility but never sacrifice compliance.
  • Strategic & Tactical: You are willing to strategize on change initiatives in the morning and handle a complex visa issue or payroll variance in the afternoon.
  • Highly skilled in cross border communication and the ability to influence stakeholders across different cultures.ֿ
