For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $165,500 - $220,000   per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.  

 

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:

 

C&SP Global Segment Director - Colocation position

 

Overview:
The Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) segment at Schneider Electric drives growth through a dynamic portfolio of global and regional accounts. These customers demand technical expertise, rapid response, and flexible solutions. We are seeking a strategic leader with a customer-first mindset and the passion to move at the speed of our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer challenges across colocation, hyperscalers, and neocloud segments.
  • Translate insights into unique value propositions (UVPs) to reinforce Schneider Electric’s position as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage with Lined of Business (LoBs) to drive voice of customer in development of applicable solutions.
  • Track and document the ecosystem influencing market growth, including private equity firms, A&E firms, and chip manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with training and sales enablement teams across Lines of Business (LoBs) to develop segment-specific content and ensure consistency.
  • Partner with prioritized zones to support C&SP strategies through training and enablement content tailored to growth objectives.
  • Work closely with Segment Solution Architects to animate training content and career development paths.
  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive segment playbook, including chapters on market trends, challenges, and UVPs, and deploy it globally with emphasis on growth zones.

What Qualifications You Need:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud, colocation, or data center segments with a proven track record in strategic leadership.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and ecosystem players.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and influence across multiple regions.
