DEHN is growing.

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Global Account Manager (all genders) to spearhead DEHN’s expansion within the Process Industry. This pivotal role involves establishing a comprehensive global network from the ground up, engaging with key stakeholders such as plant owners, operators, engineering firms, EPC contractors, and installation partners. The primary objective is to position DEHN as the preferred partner for electrical protection and safety solutions.

The ideal candidate will excel in business development, relationship management, and consultative selling, driving measurable results across all regions.

This role functionally reports to DEHN’s headquarters in Germany, with the work location based in the Middle East.

Your tasks.

  • Drive global sales of DEHN’s products and solutions within the Process Industry, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic acquisitions, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Implement account strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant owners, operators, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and installation partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for global accounts, ensuring alignment and communication across all levels of the customer organization.
  • Enhance DEHN’s presence in the Process Industry by participating in industry events, conferences, and associations.
  • Communicate DEHN’s value proposition to decision-makers at all levels, from technical specialists to executives.
  • Collaborate with regional and local sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across subsidiaries to maximize global impact.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions tailored to specific needs.


Your Experiences And Competencies.

  • A solid and proven background in the Process Industry, including sectors such as chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage.
  • Demonstrated success in global account management or business development, showcasing a strong track record of achievements.
  • Familiarity with electrical protection systems, safety solutions, or industrial infrastructure products is considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional skills in networking, negotiation, and communication, enabling effective collaboration and relationship building.
  • Capability to operate effectively within a matrix organization, influencing stakeholders across various levels and regions.
  • Flexibility and readiness to undertake international travel as required.
