Job Description: Empresa productora de salmones requiere contratar a Gerente de Producción de Agua de Mar quien será responsable de planificar, controlar y optimizar la etapa de engorda en centros de cultivo de salmones, asegurando la eficiencia, reducción de costos, cumplimiento normativo y sostenibilidad.

Su rol será dirigir y optimizar el corazón productivo de una de las empresas líderes del sector acuícola.

Requisitos

Experiencia comprobada en cargos similares en el área de producción de agua mar en la Región de Aysén.
Sólidos conocimientos en gestión de costos, administración y normativas que regulan la industria salmonera.
Disponibilidad para realizar terreno en la XI región.
Manejo de normativa laboral, seguridad y salud ocupacional.
Nivel de inglés avanzado.
