Your day to day

• Attend and resolve guest complaints and maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.
• Carry out routine maintenance and repair work related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, carpentry, and painting.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, systems, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and ensure proper documentation of all work performed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize guest inconvenience during maintenance activities.
• Report any major repair requirements or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Support other team members in general engineering and facility operations when required.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety regulations.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical, Plumbing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or facility management environment.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude and appearance.
