This role involves:

• Supporting the Technical team with event setup, dismantling, show operations and maintenance.
  
  

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Assist with set up and dismantle of PA system and LED Screens
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment during events, assist in technical rehearsals, and maintain equipment.
• Support AV needs for events, maintain AV equipment, and provide technical assistance.
• Service and repair equipment where possible.
• Ensure all AV equipment is treated with care and stored safely and securely.
• Perform basic ‘fault finding’ and repairing equipment and report any defects pre and post event to Director of Technical & Production.
• Work with Venue Stores to ensure smooth operations of equipment inventory, repair and maintenance.
• Set up of retractable and demountable seats.
• Set up of Floor Seats and Barriers.
• Building of Stage and platforms
• Hanging of arena drape systems

You should have:

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree or Technical certificate.
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus.
