Responsibilities

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent with specialization in surgery.
• Completion of a general surgery residency program from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in general surgery is highly preferred or eligible for certification.
• Valid medical license to practice as a surgeon in the state or region.
• Proven experience as a general surgeon with a strong surgical skill set.
