迪拜/阿布达比/沙特/中亚

【核心职责】

区域经营与业绩达成：对区域年度订单、收入、回款与费用预算负全责，制定并滚动执行 3 年市场进入与增长规划；
市场准入与客户攻坚：主导区域电力公司、能源巨头（如沙特 SEC、阿联酋 TAQA、EVN、KEGOC、CFE 类业主）及国际 EPC 的供应商资格预审与产品入网认证，建立高层客户关系；
重大项目签约：统筹投标策略、商务谈判与合同签署，主导 $5M 级以上标杆项目从线索到回款的全流程闭环与风险控制；
本地化运营与实体建设：组建并管理属地团队（销售/技术/交付），根据市场成熟度推进办事处→子公司建设、渠道/代理网络与本地合规体系搭建；
品牌建设与行业影响力：代表大全参与区域电力展、行业协会与标准活动，对接政府与能源主管部门，建立"中国一线电气品牌"的区域认知；
总部协同：作为区域与总部之间的经营接口，推动产品定制、报价支持、履约交付与售后资源的跨部门调度。

【任职要求】

≥10 年电气设备、数字能源或新能源行业经验，其中 ≥5 年海外区域业务、≥2 年常驻目标区域；
具备国际电气巨头（ABB、西门子能源、施耐德、GE、日立能源等）或中国电力装备头部企业海外区域工作背景；
英语为工作语言（谈判级）
有完整的"市场准入→投标→签约→履约→回款"操盘案例，主导过单个 ≥$5M 合同；
有 ≥5 人海外团队管理经验，具备跨文化领导力与抗压能力，接受长期驻外。
