Reporting to: Group CEO


Location: Flexible, ideally Israel (HQ presence required from time to time)


Role Purpose:

Own the entire brand P&L and drive execution across business development, sales, marketing, product, compliance, and back-office. The GM is the orchestrator: the person who aligns all teams, turns strategy into action, and ensures the brand operates as one coherent machine.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead and synchronize biz dev, sales, marketing, product, compliance, and back-office so they execute as a unified engine.
  • Ensure everyone has clear priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Strategy & Business Planning
  • Build the annual and quarterly business plans, revenue models, and operating plans.
  • Define targets, growth levers, and cost discipline.
  • Performance & KPIs
  • Oversee daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for all functions under the NAGA brand.
  • Identify performance gaps early and implement corrective actions fast.
  • Marketing, Product & BizDev Expertise
  • Bring strong domain expertise in at least one of the three verticals (product, marketing, biz dev) and the ability to understand/manage the others.
  • Guide the team on prioritization, funnels, user journeys, ROI improvements, and partner value.
  • People Leadership
  • Act as a true owner: drive accountability, create a culture of high performance, and ensure teams deliver on commitments.
  • Coach managers, improve collaboration, and eliminate inefficiencies between departments.


Ideal Profile:


  • 8–12+ years in fintech, trading, brokerage, or similar digital industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with deep operational discipline.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on
