Step into The Groove House by Hitchki Bar & Lounge — Dubai’s elevated neighborhood bar and restaurant where nostalgia, bold flavors, and sporting spirit collide. We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the charge in delivering unforgettable experiences, from match-day madness to laid-back evenings and high-energy activations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations with flair, precision, and a passion for hospitality
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Curate the vibe — from sports screenings to themed nights and community events
• Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
• Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to elevate the brand experience
  
  

Qualifications

• A seasoned hospitality professional with 3+ years in venue or restaurant management
• Passionate about sports, food, and creating memorable guest moments
• A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments
