Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 basic per month

Bonus: Up to AED 2,500 per club per month

Progression: Multi-site role in 9–12 months (AED 20,000 basic + AED 6,000 per club bonus)

The Role:

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of your club’s performance, people, and member experience. This is a hands-on operational leadership role requiring commercial strength, excellent team management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding standards every day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing club team.
• Driving membership growth, retention, and commercial performance.
• Overseeing all operational excellence and brand standards.
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional service delivery.
• Creating a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.

After 9–12 months, successful General Managers will progress to a multi-site leadership role, with an enhanced package of:

• AED 20,000 basic salary per month

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
