Job Description
- Own total sales, revenue and profitability performance across the MEA region.
- Develop and execute the regional growth strategy.
- Manage and optimise distributor partnerships and route-to-market models.
- Lead channel strategy across modern trade, traditional trade, foodservice, e-commerce channels.
- Drive product portfolio decisions, localization initiatives and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Partner with marketing teams and agencies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Build, develop and lead a high-performing regional team.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable commercial growth.
Key prerequisites for the role include:
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG markets across MEA.
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
- Proven success managing distributors across multiple international markets.
- Track record of driving growth and building brands in emerging markets.
- Experience developing and executing regional commercial strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and retain top talent.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Regional leadership role with significant commercial ownership.
