General Manager - Facility Management Ziphire Hr

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for Facility Management to oversee the operations and maintenance of our real estate assets in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of facility management, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing a safe and comfortable environment for all stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and implement innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with various departments, and develop long-term strategies to optimize facility performance. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, leading facility improvement projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

• Bachelors degree in Facility Management; Real Estate; Business Administration; or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management or operations; with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems; maintenance practices; and health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets; contracts; and vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent leadership; communication; and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
