Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead one of Dubai’s most prestigious and established beach clubs, part of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group. Operating successfully for over 10 years, this iconic venue is a flagship lifestyle destination known for its exceptional service, vibrant atmosphere, and luxury beachfront experience.

The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, brand integrity, and team leadership while continuously evolving the guest experience in line with Nikki Beach standards and Dubai’s competitive lifestyle market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all beach club operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are consistently delivered.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management and operational team across all departments (F&B, beach operations, entertainment, finance, marketing, security, and facilities).
• Drive revenue growth through strong operational controls, cost management, programming, and guest experience initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and P&L performance.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and licensing requirements in Dubai.
• Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and enhance service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
• Act as the brand ambassador for the beach club, representing Nikki Beach internally and externally.
• Ensure alignment with global Nikki Beach Hospitality Group strategies while maintaining the unique identity of the venue.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with at least 5 years as a General Manager in the Middle East, ideally Dubai.
• Proven experience managing an established, high-volume beach club or lifestyle venue.
• Strong leadership and operational experience in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, complex operations, and premium guest experiences.
• Solid financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and guest-focused leadership style.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
