Job Description

We are seeking a General Foreman with experience in overseeing the construction of luxury villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, expenses, and materials used.
• Implement quality control programs to achieve high-quality finishes for luxury villas.
• Manage and mentor construction workers to enhance productivity and performance.
  
  

• Proven experience as a General Foreman in luxury villa construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

• Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple subcontractors and laborers
