For an intern, this is an immersive environment to learn the "Tech2B" landscape, build foundational sales skills, and help pave the way into a new era of AI-driven business.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. - Lead Generation & Research: Identify and organize high-quality sales leads by analyzing marketing events, industry reports, and social media to detect new business opportunities.
- Prospect Engagement: Conduct high-level introductory conversations with potential business owners to qualify interest and communicate the value of BytePlus solutions.
- Pipeline Support: Help achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for generated meetings and qualified opportunities to fuel the broader sales funnel.
- Lead Lifecycle Ownership: Grade sales leads based on quality and ensure their timely distribution to Sales Representatives to maintain business momentum.
- Continuous Skill Development: Attend regular training and coaching sessions to adopt proven selling methodologies and build deep knowledge of AI, SaaS, and regional market trends.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an accredited Bachelor’s degree program.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the confidence to deliver professional sales pitches and conduct introductory calls.
- Execution: Metrics-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech Passion: A strong curiosity for AI technology, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions.
- Tool Familiarity: Exposure to B2B environments or sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator through coursework or prior projects.
- Global Perspective: Experience or interest in high-growth international markets and cross-language business communication.
