Overview
A financial/FX broker led by a management team with 20+ years' experience is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Retention Agent in Dubai to grow and retain a portfolio of trading clients.

Responsibilities
• Promote FX and CFD products to new and existing clients
• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
• Convert leads into active, loyal traders
• Increase upsell and cross-sell across the portfolio
• Deliver high-level service across the client lifecycle
• Stay current on markets, trading conditions and product updates
• Consistently hit sales and retention targets

Requirements
• Native or fluent Mandarin, spoken and written
• Previous FX/CFD industry experience (mandatory)
• Retention experience within a Forex/CFD broker
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling
• Experience managing client portfolios; good CRM skills
• Familiar with trading platforms and financial markets
