Job Description

As a Furniture Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer satisfaction within our store environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated sales professionals, ensuring they meet their sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Your experience in the retail industry, coupled with a knack for understanding customer needs, will be key in enhancing the shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets effectively.
  • Develop and implement successful sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Train, mentor, and support sales staff to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and growth potential.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service practices.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely restocking.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with interior designers to create appealing product displays in-store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the retail or furniture industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive performance.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Proficient in using sales management software and Microsoft Office suite.
