Job Description

The Furniture Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales performance and managing a team dedicated to achieving sales goals within the furniture division. This role is expected to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and oversee the daily operations of the sales department. The Furniture Sales Manager is tasked with building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coaching sales staff, and optimizing sales processes for efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Results-oriented with the capacity to handle stress and meet deadlines.
