The Functional Consultant for Odoo 16J25 plays a critical role in helping businesses optimize their use of Odoo ERP solutions by analyzing their needs and implementing tailored configurations. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client needs and objectives.
• Configure Odoo applications according to business requirements and market standards.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Odoo-based solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure configurations and developments align with business goals.
• Develop implementation strategies, project plans, and execution schedules for Odoo ERP projects.
• Offer training sessions to clients to enhance their use of Odoo applications effectively.
• Ensure timely detection and resolution of issues arising during project implementation.
• Document business processes and maintain records of requirements and configurations.
• Conduct regular reviews and health checks on implemented Odoo systems for improvements.
• Continually update knowledge of Odoo updates, new releases, and related technologies.
• Draft reports and present project progress to clients and internal management.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing Odoo product expertise and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working with Odoo or similar ERP solutions in a consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of business processes including finance, sales, and supply chain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
