We're seeking a Functional Consultant for the Mobility Team on behalf of Arab Loss Adjusters (ALA) — a market-leading, multi-regional firm specializing in loss adjusting and claims management. What You’ll Be Doing


As the Functional Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that ALA Mobility's InsurTech solutions are not only technically robust but also aligned with the specific operational needs of partners and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the implementation and optimization of ALA Mobility's solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with teams to implement improvements that drive business value.


Who We’re Looking For


We're seeking a dynamic professional who excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical understanding and business acumen, enabling them to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. You might be the right fit if you have:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years in a functional consultant, business analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the InsurTech sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration methodologies; familiarity with technical concepts is essential to effectively liaise with development teams.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and developing functional specifications that align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
  • Communication Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical information to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
  • Project Coordination: Experience in overseeing the implementation and optimization of SaaS solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate and manage change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
