Fullstack Engineer Frontend Focus Fintech

Our client is a next-generation digital banking and crypto-focused financial platform serving a global market. Founded by experienced international leaders in finance and digital assets, they provide Fintech services alongside crypto investment products. The company is focused on building secure, scalable infrastructure that supports real-world financial use cases.

Role Requirement

They are seeking an experienced fullstack engineer with deep expertise both frontend and backend, skilled in building scalable, maintainable web applications with clean component design, strong state management, and excellent UI/UX practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record developing web applications with Next.js, leveraging SSG, SSR, ISR, and API routes.
• Advanced skills in React component architecture and managing application state using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Highly proficient in TypeScript, delivering robust, type-safe, and maintainable code.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and TailwindCSS, with a focus on modern, responsive frontend UI development.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining reusable components using Storybook for streamlined development and collaboration.
• Able to build well-structured, maintainable components and state logic that are clear and easy for any developer to understand.
• Capable of independently driving UI/UX design and implementation from concept to production, even without pre-existing designs, by interpreting requirements effectively.
• Deep knowledge of UI/UX principles, emphasizing accessibility, responsive layouts, and performance-focused design.
• Familiarity with complex animations and interactive UI elements to enhance user experience (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress for reliable, maintainable code.
• Proven experience developing server-side APIs using NestJS for scalable and maintainable backend services.
• Solid expertise in designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support complex application workflows.
• Hands-on experience with database design, optimization, and management, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, along with unit and end-to-end testing for reliable deployments.
• Knowledgeable in secure coding practices, including protection against XSS, CSRF, CORS issues, and proper input validation.
  
  
  

Domain Requirements

• Proven background in Fintech application development, building secure and user-focused financial solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
• Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 technologies, including integration with smart contracts (preferred).
  
  
  

Leadership / Team Experience

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading development teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Actively engaged in technical decision-making and system architecture design to drive scalable solutions.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and refining development workflows to improve code quality and team efficiency.

• Proven ability to develop sophisticated dashboards and intricate data visualizations for actionable insights.
• Skilled in optimizing application performance to handle high-traffic and resource-intensive environments.
• Hands-on experience with implementing secure design and operations practices across both frontend and backend systems.
