We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join the operational leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental management for event projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client standards while driving commercial performance and owning P&L outcomes.

  Lead the operational delivery of HSE activities across multiple event sites and projects.

  Develop, implement, and oversee HSE programs, policies, and procedures tailored to event operational needs.

  Ensure compliance with UAE HSE legislation, industry standards, and client requirements.

  Manage budget planning, cost control, and financial performance tied to HSE services (P&L ownership).

  Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations; drive corrective actions.

  Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and clients to integrate safety with business objectives.

  Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar leadership role in operational environments (preferably events, security, or related sectors).
