Full Stack Software Engineer 4-month Temporary

What will you do?

Core Responsibilities And Objectives

• Develop and maintain Python and TypeScript applications deployed as serverless microservices on AWS
• Contribute to customer-facing application features and data interfaces used by utility operations teams
• Navigate between codebases and collaborate across engineering squads to deliver on shared goals
• Identify and resolve vulnerabilities, bugs, and code quality issues with minimal supervision
• Drive feature cleanup and application updates across active product initiatives
  
  
  

Essential Skills

• Python and TypeScript proficiency in production environments
• SQL fluency, specifically PostgreSQL
• Hands-on AWS deployment experience
• Experience on business-critical, customer-facing applications in a microservices architecture

• Duration: Immediate – August 14, 2026
• Type: 1099-Contract or W2 temporary full-time
• Location: Boston, MA — hybrid preferred (2–4 days in office)
