Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js and React.js, who can leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate feature implementation, optimize workflows, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern web technologies, has hands-on AI-assisted coding experience, and holds a valid AI certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, or similar) for code generation, optimization, and debugging.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement end-to-end features, including responsive UI, API integration, and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain coding standards, ensure test coverage, and conduct code reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and web development trends, applying them to improve development processes.
  
  

• 4–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation and productivity.
• AI/ML certification (mandatory) – e.g., Microsoft AI, Google AI, OpenAI, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  
  

• Exposure to Microsoft Logic Apps and Dataverse for workflow automation and data integration.
• Experience in backend frameworks (NestJS, Express.js, or Django).
• Knowledge of AI model integration into web apps (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Understanding of DevOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Awareness of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
