About The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter who will own and drive Brain Co.’s technical hiring engine. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting across our UAE & GCC engineering organization - including AI/ML Engineering, AI Product, and AI Deployment - and will work closely with senior leadership.

You’ll design and run sourcing strategies, craft compelling narratives for world-class AI talent, shape candidate experience, and negotiate complex offers across global markets. This role is highly strategic, highly operational, and central to building the technical team that will define the next decade of applied AI.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting & Candidate Experience

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering and business functions from sourcing and market mapping to offer negotiation and close.
  • Manage all candidate logistics end-to-end, including interview scheduling, onsite coordination, and preparation of interviewers to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to refine hiring needs, improve interview processes, and identify opportunities to raise the bar on speed and quality.
  • Build data-driven sourcing strategies and outbound campaigns targeting competitive AI talent pools across global markets.
  • Anticipate and remove friction throughout the process - managing reschedules, keeping communication clear, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Brain Co.’s precision and mission-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with executives and finance to structure and negotiate complex offers.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Brain Co. at events, conferences, and within AI communities.

Recruiting Operations & Process Design

  • Improve and maintain recruiting systems, workflows, templates, interview rubrics, and calibration processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and raise the bar on both speed and quality of hiring.
  • Track and analyze funnel metrics, ensuring alignment between leadership and recruiting on pace, priorities, and process improvements.
  • Ensure all candidate interactions reflect Brain Co.’s precision, professionalism, and mission-driven culture.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You

  • Have 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-growing technology or engineering-heavy environments.
  • Are a compelling storyteller who can translate complex technical topics into clear, candidate-friendly narratives.
  • Are metrics-driven, process-oriented, and have strong instincts for quality.
  • Excel at building trust with highly technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Care deeply about candidate experience and bring warmth, polish, and discernment to every interaction.

  • Are highly organized, able to juggle multiple pipelines, and motivated to build systems that scale.
