About The Role

We’re looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter & Workplace Manager who will play a dual, high-impact role in shaping both the talent engine and the day-to-day employee experience of Brain Co.’s UAE office.

On the recruiting side, you’ll operate as a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter responsible for end-to-end hiring across Brain Co.’s UAE Engineering teams (AI/ML, AI Product, AI Deployment Lead). You’ll partner closely with our in-house recruiting team and engineering leadership, including our Head of Engineering, to attract, engage, and close world-class technical talent who will define the next decade of applied AI. You’ll help design and drive our recruiting engine from outbound strategy and brand narrative to candidate experience and complex offer closes across global markets.

On the workplace side, you’ll be the heartbeat of the UAE office, ensuring operations run seamlessly, creating an environment where employees can do their best work, and owning the first on-the-ground impression candidates have of Brain Co. You’ll manage the details that shape culture and experience: from the atmosphere and logistics of the office to the flow of interview days and new-hire onboarding. You’ll create a workplace that feels thoughtful, energizing, and aligned with Brain Co.’s high-trust, high-velocity ethos. Your impact will be deeply felt across the organization as you help shape the caliber of our technical team and the quality of the environment they work in.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting & Candidate Experience

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering and business functions from sourcing and market mapping to offer negotiation and close.
  • Manage all candidate logistics end-to-end, including interview scheduling, onsite coordination, and preparation of interviewers to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to refine hiring needs, improve interview processes, and identify opportunities to raise the bar on speed and quality.
  • Build data-driven sourcing strategies and outbound campaigns targeting competitive AI talent pools across global markets.
  • Anticipate and remove friction throughout the process — managing reschedules, keeping communication clear, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Brain Co.’s precision and mission-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with executives and finance to structure and negotiate complex offers.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Brain Co. at events, conferences, and within AI communities.

Office Operations & Environment

  • Keep our UAE office running smoothly and professionally: maintain supplies, ensure meeting rooms are ready, and keep the space polished, functional, and welcoming. Partner with vendors (cleaning, facilities, food, maintenance, security) to guarantee a high-quality environment for employees and visitors.
  • Manage office budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts with an eye for detail, quality, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues — equipment, space needs, logistics — to remove friction and keep operations seamless.

Culture & Events

  • Plan and execute team events, office gatherings, and offsites that strengthen connection and reflect Brain Co.’s culture.
  • Create thoughtful, memorable moments that celebrate milestones and bring warmth and personality into the office experience.
  • Curate snacks, refreshments, and small details that make the workplace feel energizing and intentional.

Hospitality & Employee Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and new hires — representing Brain Co. with professionalism, warmth, and operational sharpness.
  • Be the go-to person for employee office needs, space reservations, and local coordination.
  • Gather feedback and continuously iterate on ways to improve the employee and candidate experience within the UAE office.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one (workspace readiness, welcome materials, orientation flow, etc.).
