Job Description

As a Fuel Station Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fuel station. You will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the station, overseeing staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating the team and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, manage cash handling, and assist in sales promotion activities. This role requires a strong understanding of fuel station operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to providing first-class service to all customers.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the fuel station effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Supervise station staff, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor stock levels and ordering supplies to ensure product availability.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and oversee cash handling procedures following company policies.
  • Spearhead promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer traffic.
  • Maintain clear communication with the management regarding operational issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory and service needs.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to the station manager or senior management.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functional.
  • Develop work schedules for staff to cover all operational hours efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fuel station management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in operations.
  • Proficient in basic math and financial reporting for cash handling.
  • Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to fuel stations.
  • Flexible working hours, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.
