Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead and oversee the front office operations. As a Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that all administrative tasks and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing reception staff, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the front office department.
  • Ensure high-level customer service by implementing effective procedures and policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate front office staff to achieve service excellence.
  • Oversee the accurate handling of check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Prepare and manage the scheduling of front desk personnel to ensure coverage.
  • Provide regular updates on front office operations to upper management.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to front office operations and supplies.
  • Implement and maintain front office management systems and software effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with guests.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
