Driven Properties is seeking a charismatic and professional Luxury Real Estate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our esteemed brokerage. As a crucial part of our team, you will provide first-class customer service to our clients and visitors while supporting the overall operations of the office. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury real estate and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our discerning clientele.

Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting clients, managing front desk operations, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. You will serve as a liaison between clients and our agents, providing them with information regarding listings and facilitating appointments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a luxury or real estate environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in English, or any of the following languages- Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Dutch
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding client service
