Job Description

The Front Office Executive - UAE National is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support at the front desk of a hotel, office, or other organizations. They greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and coordinate appointments and reservations. The front office executive also assists in managing mail, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests and clients.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors.
  • Manage appointments, reservations, and conference bookings.
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer service.


Requirements

  • UAE National with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
