Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing as required.
  • Schedule appointments and manage booking systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for information and assistance requests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with security to manage visitor access and badges as necessary.
  • Provide directions and information to guests regarding company facilities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support other departments when needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with organizational policies, services, and offerings for query resolution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Proven work experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
