About The Opportunity

A dynamic import-export firm based in the UAE, we specialize in cross-border trade logistics, supply chain coordination, and client-facing operations across diverse industries. Our front desk serves as the critical first point of contact—blending hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism to ensure seamless visitor experiences and smooth internal workflows. We’re looking for a poised, customer-focused Receptionist to represent our brand with grace and precision.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front desk operations including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, screen and route calls, and maintain an organized voicemail and callback system.
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins, issue badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols and office policies.
  • Organize and distribute mail, packages, and internal documentation while maintaining accurate logs and records.
  • Support administrative tasks including booking meeting rooms, managing office supplies, and assisting with event coordination.
  • Act as a brand ambassador—maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area and upholding company standards for presentation and service.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and visitor management software
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a front desk or client-facing administrative role
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of UAE business etiquette and cultural norms
  • Experience in logistics, trade, or import-export sectors
  • Arabic language proficiency (spoken or written)
