The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our company and will play an integral role in delivering first-rate customer service. This position necessitates a dynamic and organized professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors promptly, offering assistance and welcoming them warmly.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them efficiently to appropriate staff.
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of routine communications.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are kept tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth workflows and operations.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases with high accuracy.
  • Support office management tasks, including inventory monitoring and supply ordering.
  • Take charge of front desk security, ensuring unauthorized persons have restricted access.
  • Assist in organizing office events, including setting up conference calls.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite is required.
  • Customer service attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of office administrative processes and procedures.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
