Front Desk Guest Management

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Call Communication Handling

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally in Arabic and English
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate departments
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up

Client Office Coordination

  • Assist in client management and coordination
  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments
  • Support basic client inquiries and provide required information

CEO Management Support

  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for the CEO and senior management
  • Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and visitor seating for management meetings
  • Assist with travel arrangements, calendars, and meeting coordination when required
  • Act as a point of coordination between management, internal teams, and external stakeholders

Administrative Daily Activities

  • Manage emails, couriers, and office correspondence
  • Maintain records, logs, and filing systems
  • Assist with office supplies management and coordination with vendors
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities

Requirements

  • Arabic English proficiency required
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Young, energetic, proactive, and well-presented
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
