Summary-

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Job Responsibility-

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Provide information about our services, amenities, and promotions
• Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized front desk area
  
  

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
